PurrpPowergirls outfit is OD I can’t see that happening at any point in this culture
I don’t think the culture is gonna be stagnant. It’s already sort of moving away from this “neo-Puritanism” or whatever people call it. Someone like James Gunn doesn’t seem like he’d shy away from that. I agree though that it should fit the context of the world it’s set in.

As for the whole “practicality” of long hair, that’s nonsense. Niggas is running around in capes. If they can manage that, they can manage longer hair. That’s like saying if they ever do Static Shock he can’t have dreads past his shoulders

To me it’s more about the tone than the practicality. I actually think Matt Reeve’s world fits that kind of thing in a way that Snyder’s for some reason doesn’t. It totally makes sense in Burton’s though.

I really don’t mind a grounded approach, I prefer like Batman suits that are padded with armor than just spandex like BvS.
Like if you ever read the Injustice comic, those style suits for both the men and women in most cases would be my preference for all live action suits
