We don’t talk about this enough. There was ALLOT of underground rappers making this Night At The Roxbury type music. Rapping or singing over very club centric production taking influence from EDM.
Big glasses, fitted hats, extra large tees and baggy clothing were still the norm at this time although the times were beginning to change with skinny jeans and snapbacks. Sometimes you could even find a scarf enthusiast.
