What you're saying doesn't make sense, these people aren't holding primarily difficult to liquidate assets. Why would you keep most of your wealth in cash to watch inflation tax it at a ridiculous rate. They all have it locked up spinning out a dividend in many forms that pays more than 99.99% of people's salaries. The billion in assets is the golden goose.
