Game can spit and his catalog is good. Problem is there's nothing that really sticks out about him.

He Shang Tsungs everyone else's flow and style of rapping for a lot of his songs. He has no influence. His debut is the only album that had a real impact in hip hop and it basically rode off of the 50/G-Unit wave. He's not that unique(Gangsta rappers from LA are a dime a dozen). He never had a crew or movement with him after leaving G Unit.

Basically, Game is good and has talent. But he doesn't really have too many standout qualities to him. Even Ross has more impact on music and better features.

And his social media antics don't help either.

Game feel like both an OG/ Legend and NOT and OG/legend at the same time. Hard to describe and idk why. Can’t be the only one who feel like this

On February 12, 2007, Game Told MTV News that the shadow the hedgehog tattoo was inspired by being kicked out of g-unit saying he always felt like he was outcasted from the group. 50 was sonic, yayo was tails and banks was knuckles and he felt like he chose his own path similar to the storymode in the shadow the hedgehog game. when asked who he would compare young buck to in the sonic universe he stated "I don't know. probably some bum ass character like vector the crocodile."

DJ Quik is a legend and im not sayin this cause they both blood but outside the west coast the love is not the same

He raps from the perspective of “generic hood dude” and his lyrics are 90% name dropping anyways

It’s not too many rappers with albums as successful as Documentary and Doctors Advocate putting him in the same tier as DJ Quik is crazy 😭😭😭

When Wayne Ye Jeezy and TIP was running s*** Game was right in that mix.
