The Good Wife is a drama starring Julianna Margulies as a wife and mother who must assume full responsibility for her family and re-enter the workforce after her husband's very public s***and political corruption scandal lands him in jail.
The Good Fight is the sequel series to The Good Wife that follows Christine Baranski as Diane Lockhart, as she loses her employment after an enormous financial scam destroys the reputation of her goddaughter Maia (Rose Leslie) and Diane's savings, leading them to join Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) at one of Chicago's preeminent law firms.

All 4 seasons I've seen have been consistently good. I never expected to get through 1 season but here we are
This, and Scandal and The Blacklist are shows I avoided because of the number of episodes lmao , but who knows

Peaks at S5 but doesn’t really fall off like that, just a minor step down. It’s really one of the best episodic tv shows I’ve seen yet and the writing stays consistently great. This really was back when Network TV reigned supreme cause no one's making s*** like this anymore.
The characters are just chef's kiss. I found myself crying for characters I would never care for irl (in terms of their politics), but it's just a testament to how Michelle and Robert King write characters that are memorable and nuanced.
My only real issue were the somewhat questionable storylines involving black people or racism which were.. questionable lol. Aside from that, solid solid show. Highly recommend.

But MAN did that take a while lol. Don't hesitate to check it out when you find yourself with a lot of time to spare, you won't be disappointed
Breezed through the first season of TGF and it's characters are much weaker than that of TGW's all-star ensemble. I really want to like these characters cause this new show shifted the focus to an all black (90 percentish) Law Firm, but they just haven't fully developed these characters like they did in TGW. We're off to a rough start but let's see if it improves later on.
I had to drop The Good Fight. After Maya, then Luka left s*** got a lil too weird. First 2 seasons were fye though.

I’d think s2 is worth a watch. After that I’d end it there.
I didn’t really watch s3&4 but my ex did n I would catch it in the background. The tone of the show just became extremely goofy to me.
