I’m sure some of y’all are aware of this, but I think this is an underrated moment in hip hop history

1997, it’s an interesting time, a lot of dope rappers on the rise

Some of them linked up for this round table meeting: Mos Def, Big Pun, DMX, Canibus, Mic Geronimo, and John Forte. they didn’t just cipher but also talked about hip hop and it’s an interesting meeting (more vids out there)

The guys seemed really interested in Mos at some points like there’s almost a vibe that he’s the center of attention, like the other guys know each other but they’re trying to see what Mos is about

Bruh what Big Pun does in this is probably the most insane s*** ever

Canibus makes them let him go last on some diva s*** just so he can spit his LL diss verse but s*** was still hot

It’s dope seeing these guys coexist.
