Being wake at night, sleeping during the day
Growing a patchy struggle beard, eating too much and moving less, taking naps..., s*** i can barely even work out, gym is closed, dumbells are sold out everywhere
Just woke up at 7:30 to s*** guess I’ll stay up and get on a good schedule. Gonna try to start exercising too
I've slowly gotten about forming better habits, only thing that I'm missing rn is the gym, I wanna look into getting some adjustable free weights, but those are expensive af
