We all remember where we were when Apple, Inc. non-consensually placed Songs of Innocence by U2 on every iPhone around the world on September 9th, 2014.

The massively ambitious show of total corporate strength failed horribly due to the hubris of believing every person of all ages around the world wanted to hear that album from that band.

My question to you all is... which project from which artist at that time would have been the right one?

My vote goes to X by Ed Sheeran, which still has four of the most enjoyable hits of that decade along an overall milquetoast demeanor that anyone could relate to.
