It's hard to believe but Andrew sounded like he was really excited to get married whenever the topic was brought up on Brilliant Idiots. He said that he realized his jokes were kinda outta pocket now that he had a fiance. Mal said this on his podcast so take it for what it is but it sounds believable.
Also, when he said down with Akademics, he said he invited both Rory and Mal to the Flagrant 2 podcast but they declined.

Joe claims he was negotiating a possible 9 figure deal with Spotify while Rory and Mal was beefing with AK, which is why he didnt pay attention to all the tension
Joe basically stopped f***ing with Nadeska after Everyday Struggle cause he claims she was trying to play both sides when he was at the negotiation table. He claims he didnt know her like that outside work and they never were really friends. AK says that's false and Ice confirms that is also false since him, Joe, Nadeska, and her friend hanged out after work once.
AK breaks down his thinking while he was going at Rory and Mal . Hes says he saw how uncomfortable Rory got after he called him a worker so he doubled down. Also says Joe was irresponsible for letting it get that far and not sitting him down and talking to him about his role. Parks confirms that he saw the tension. Joe says he didnt see all of that until the end.
