I really hate Joe’s self-righteous bag. Acting as if he giving them grace and is such a good boss. Even in a corporate job as long as it ain’t come to actual blows, Marc & Flip wouldn’t be fired, and can’t be fired for that lil argument. He would be looking at a potential lawsuit if he fired either of them for that specific incident

yeah ima have to agree, on one hand it makes sense what joes saying but on the other hand - what makes this show good is the unfiltered and straightforward harsh criticism that has followed joes career, let’s not act like he’s not been out of pocket several times - to benefit of the show.

this psycho creative’ stuff excludes himself and his mistakes, but not the others? they get extra passionate about stuff and we all flock to the drama

Marc reached his boiling point with Flip. And he was wrong in this situation. I do agree with Marc that Flip kinda sucks and doesn’t seem like he’s a “team player”.

But… if Flip took a pay cut for YOU Marc…. You kinda can’t be talkin so much s***. N I ain’t think Marc knew that until that moment on the pod.
