I think it's easy to take that out of context to the greater convo they were having but I think a few things

They were talking about diet, how they haven't been needing to eat as much and how they realize how much they eat or what they eat since they've been isolating during covid, and he just brought up that cutting out dairy was healthier when they were talking about health, which in a lot of ways it is.

It just sounded funny cause it was in the middle of the covid convo too. and it was somewhat unrelated to the more urgent things ppl need to do to protect from covid

Also, I REALLY hope no one is going to the Joe Budden Podcast for their covid info but i think anyone with a platform has a responsibility to not post misinformation

even if Mal says something like that, they normally check him on it, or clown him on it but I think they were just having a loose convo about it and it wasn't that serious in the moment, maybe i need 2 relisten.
