To be honest a lot of this sticking up for artists s*** he did for the past handful of years, i was sort of coping because he'd say the right s*** like "people need to come together on xyz, withhold their work" and so on like he did on yachtys pod and some others. He was cooking a little bit

But this is some sellout bullshit and we shouldn't have expected much else tbh. He decided this doesn't conflict with any of his 'values' enough to shill it on the pod so blatantly.

He’s only ever held those stances because he wanted to be on the other side of it. Joe back then viewed himself as a Hov, Jimmy Iovine, Steve Stoute etc.

Also seeing the commercial for the network on ESPN, I see the play. He’s trying to do a barstool/the ringer type of deal in the next 5 years if he can sustain and continue to grow these shows. So when he sells the network, all of those show are bundled in, driving up the price.

Nah Parks was actually the only one that stood on AI in music when everyone else there weren’t, even Joe. If anything, I think Parks and Ian got Joe to lean more to that side. Ian bigs up AI content creators online, even paying the guy that made the ai baby version of the pod.
