UoujI think Ish and Ice have served their purpose, it’s time for a change up.
Their initial value was their long friendship with Joe, but according to them they barely talk or hang out away from the podcast.
That’s why Joe always refers to stories from fifteen years ago and never anything recent.
Factor in the glaring flaw that Ice and Ish still haven’t embraced being media personalities. Ish is never prepared for topics and Ice isn’t entertaining or engaging.
Joe knows what needs to be done but after the Rory and Mal fiasco he doesn’t want to fire two more friends.

Dxtras much hate Mona or Emanny receives, it's always represented on a clip or reference on a talking point or perspective they might've said majority of the time
