debbieObviously not with the format it is now since its centred around joe gossiping, but if they went back to an actually music oriented show with more industry talk it could be kinda cool. Obviously wouldn’t be as big but Rory Parks & Mal would strive with a lowkey podcast.
The show is centered around Joe. Even the music and industry talk is spearhead by Joe. Mal, Rory and Parks just add to the convo where they can. On top of that they’ll lack someone that’ll go in-depth about their personal experiences. That s*** wouldn’t last at all.

Idk man, they each have their separate personalities and humour that meshes well into the show, Joe's the leading man but they could make it work without. NTK podcast doesn't have that Joe factor either & they're fine
