BabaláwoDetriment of the JBP, Rory never developed his mic presence to be able to hold down the show without Joe if need be. Since he’s been with Joe the longest on the podcast. It’s really inexcusable.
rory actually had better A mic skills back in 2015-16 tbh if u listen back.
Now he take the back back seat when joe talk usually, unless its time to crack jokes

I also thought it was better 4-5 years ago pre-mal. he also didnt sound like he was breathing like big pun into the mic like he does these days. now he talks like he seeks validation and laughter from his friends to feel accepted

Parks is an engineer for 9th Wonder and many others. Rory worked at Sony records in marketing but quit to throw Hennypalooza parties (whole crew got cancelled) and now hes gone full tilt into podcasting.
Im not sure if Mal has ever had a real job tho.

Takotchiyeah they were shooting lights out this pod but they still couldnt clench the win
could have still been a great episode if joe didn’t derail them and then leave early. if he just chilled and didn’t get on the mic they would have been good. we saw them do this before without him and obviously it’s not as good but it’s still funny and insightful.

that’s a fact lol back when joe was kinda terrible and hateful about everything (and saying “idc” on EVERY topic), and marissa was just extremely annoying, rory was the only one that kept it on track. he was the voice of reason
