He did not say that the person said it was Charla who started it, and the person is AK.
AK has said on stream that he warned Joe when he got the information and AK has a direct line to Charla

Pretty sure that was the source of Rory shutting down for the rest of the ep. Don't blame him. Joe is rolling like a guy who thinks he doesn't need ANYBODY to get where he wants to go.
