Nobody can interject or have another perspective or opinion. Wanting to be a boss or a leader. When maybe he isnt fit to lead or his leadership is not very good. More like a dictator type of s***.
He gets very mad at the others when they question him. ”Am I not allowed to have my opinion” but dawg you are wrong most of the times in ”your opinion”. And it is not like he is cool being wrong about things either. Gets mad at the others for not being yes men.
I don’t understand how Rory and Mal has coped for this long.
Parks is a yes man, so thats that. He is intelligent, but pretty daft sometimes too. He is also ”too nice”. He barely wants to challenge Joe at any point. When Mal and Rory has challenged Joe, he has often been in Joe’s corner. I feel like it has often been so Joe don’t stand alone in his ”opinion”, often has it wrong or a very narrowminded way to look at it.
Joe ruins his relationships. Both personal and workwise. It has followed him wherever he goes. Too much to be everyones else’s fault at this point, obviously.
Dude gotta get it together. He is not a boss. He is not Jay. He is not Diddy. It has gone to his head.
He is a narcissist that gonna ruin things for himself because after awhile people can’t deal with him anymore. Thats been the story and it just seem like it is continueing.
Rory and Mal will be okay. They got a lot of things going for them outside of this. Maybe they could start something of their own. Who knows.
Will unsubscribe later from Patreon when I get home from work. The friendship dynamic, jokes, stories and being up on good music were the good thing about the pod to me.

Mar 24, 2021So Joe being Joe. As a nigga that’s kept up on joe since Who Killed Hip Hop (had a “real hip hop” phase, don’t judge me) and the novacane closure, that’s always been the pattern.
This makes me look at that slaughterhouse rant kinda different ngl.
But, admittedly I aint been tuning in as much since the patreon cause it definitely felt like something was just off. And I aint a hatewatcher so I’ll just stop before I lose love for one of the 1st pods that got me into podcasts. I hope he work it out with mal and rory (and hope none of them get mad about the podcast world a***yzing them the same way they a***yzed call her daddy and gillie/wallo’s issues.
