Joe just want to be the star and the leader, but he is bad at it because most times people just end up resenting him and how he treats them.

He is the type of person that gets mad and then blaming the other person for making him mad. On some "Say sorry, because you made me mad. I wouldnt be mad, if it wasnt for you".

When it has more to with the way he is and how the treats his relationships. Work and personal relationships. Friendships. All of em has broke down over time because of his ways. Nobody should have to deal with his problems like that.

Dealing with people like that you have to tiptoe around because they will lash out for anything. Wants to be in control and the center of attention. In most cases, you will end up cutting off those people as you should.

I think Mal and Rory is better off cutting ties. Both work-wise and friend-wise.

The "they are doing it too" posts in this thread is cringeworthy attempts to back Joe. If anything they are just distancing themselves from the situation and hopefully letting the pod and Joe implode. Like it/he probably will if their absence continues.

I feel like Joe wants them to react or say something... I hope they stay silent. He got some apologizing to do if he has insulted them or screwed them over in the business in all of this.

I dont think it went like "I care about you Rory. Something been off, take some time off and come back when you worked out some things at home". He probably just told him off on some wild s***, which I think is very likely he did with the way this guy behaves sometimes. Mal confronted him and got the same treatment. Which might have brought up other s***. Some things you cant take back after they been said. Just creating a very bad situation altogether.
