didn't Joe fire the old female cohost via text?...y'all acting like this is something new for him...saying you don't owe anyone respect is a bit much but I sort of understood where he was coming from and even Rory understood regarding not shutting down the entire pod while they worked their s*** out...Mal's really the only one feeling salty over temporary cohosts coming in...I do agree with them (Rory and Mal) that these problems could have been hashed out in a week rather than dragging it out and having everyone speculating but also feel like they knew their spot could be threatened once Ish and Ice started getting over so they came back before Joe hit them with the "aye we can still be boys but this new pod crew better"...expecting Joe to put the entire podcast on hiatus for who knows how long is bad for business and having it just be Joe and Parks talking would have gotten boring so of course they brought in others in the meantime...Ish and Ice do deserve a spinoff pod or something after putting the work in when they didn't need to or want to necessarily

that first half of the pod was some very interesting if not awkward listening at times and really felt like a fly on the wall listening to these guys break down their issues...Joe let them get their s*** off without interrupting then stated his viewpoints (comparing that situation to them laughing at Hov's response to Joe years ago was petty on Joe's part though lol)...after that things were back to normal and they found their groove again
