Rory doesnt want to f*** up his income. He quit his job for this. He has other things going for him outside the pod, but they not making him enough money right now. There has been no palooza for a long time now and question is if there will be any in the future. Better to shut up and keep it business as usual if your number one income might go away otherwhise. You dont quit until you have the next thing lined up.

Mal has his family money and he probably has a cut in some businesses, so that he is set and taken care of. But yeah, he probably ended up being the most disrespected in this. They have known each other for the longest and lived with each other. He has the right to be pissed... question if he gets over it and forgives Joe. Or if he just staying put for now until he figures it out.

The business is run by Joe and if they dont accept it, then Joe has no problem letting them go. That is very clear. Dude dont want to be questioned and it his way only.

Well Rory and Joe didn’t really have beef like that tbh.. Mal and Joe on the other hand is a little different, but not something time can’t heal which is why they both are back. I can’t imagine both mal and Rory taking a month break only to return to leave again. They realize their identity is attached to the pod, and honestly this only blew up because men/friends are awful communicating with each other w/o sounding vulnerable

I wanted Ice for this episode just for that Khaled album review. Rory tried to be unfiltered but shot Khaled bail 5mins later. Mal barely said anything the entire episode.

They have no valid points to respond with, we all saw how Joe talked to them. We saw Ice and Ish do a better job than them. We saw when Joe said that he has them under contract and that they don’t have any ownership rights. I could keep going, but it’s pointless. They have to take the loss.
