Joe got the idea to start the pod and did it. He is a founder and owner based on that. But how many keep a 100% stake? He brought in people, friends, who helped him grew it to something worth owning. Those people should have been credited with a percentage or equity of some sorts. If you care enough to do them right for their contributions. We dont know the exact details of the business and contracts. We can only speculate on that. I dont trust a word Joe is saying though.

This is almost like Facebook story with Mark Zuckerberg and the twins. People who worked for him that were thrown out along the way etc. This is not a straight up comparison, so dont start a debate on that. I just thought about it as Im typing this. Joe wanna be a mogul and his ambition is greater than being a moral and stand up person towards his friends and taking them with him.
