I enjoy the Logic slander still

i've been checking for him
since before undeniable dropped

i wanted him to become a goat
but he really folded under the pressure

funnily enough

that's what frustrates me the most

it's not what he does
but rather the approach

i really think the criticism got to him
he moves like he walks on egg shells

Logic is a superior musician than Joe

this is hard to say for me
when some of his best s***
is clearly inspired by others

i would go as far as saying
he is a biter despite knowing
that's one of Hip Hop's sins

Logic became ass once he started to try to make "concept" albums. But I'd say his Young Sinatra tapes are miles above anything Joe has put out.

i can agree with that

but as far as writing music that is real and cuts through?

i don't think Logic has put out anything
with as much depth as Joe's best

in going back to some of that old music, to me, it's clear that logic learned what worked but there isn't a ton of substance there

he's like a great salesman

but he rarely delivers anything truly noteworthy

no pressure was the first time in a long
time that i felt like he wrote from the heart

and it made all the difference

he seems to struggle staying in that space though cause everything since has been half assed again imo
