Spiders 1, 3, 6, 7 8, 9 start biting Barry with Advantage cause they are flanking and swarming you. (Gonna roll with the modifier added)

You feel how bad the situation is as this insane amount of tiny spiders try to overwhelm you, you manage to shake some off them off, others get stuck in your Kevlar. Two of them manage to bite your arm and a third one gets you in your neck really bad.

The large spider crawls on the ceiling and tries to spit it's web over Barry who isn't incapacitated yet.

Even though Barry is being attacked by it's bretheren left and right, he manages to fend off the web. The Goliath Bird Eater misses him.

This will shield him against one attack, the other (Hit 23) will still get through. Like I said one can destroy the web Elori is caught in with an attack. You still have your actions and bonus action to describe Bmc.

If Elori is hit by an area of effect attack, will that break the webbing without damaging him?

Nope and Elori has disadvantage on Dex Saving Throws rn. You can attack the web with a targeted attack tho.
