Barry sees the person with the tattered clothes as well, looking down on everyone before disappearing in the blink of an eye.
Odeon is a tad bit late to get a glance, but has a feeling that someone is up in that prison.

Barry squats next to the area Elori points at and examines the earth (Investigation d20: 16).

You check the grassy ground in front of you and compare it to the excavated part of the park a bit farther to the west. Judging by the earth, it looks like there's an older sedimentlayer beneath the surface, maybe 30 to 50ft below.

You arent able to check the same corner as you're too far away from the spot, but you're able to survey the western riverside of the park, no reds are to be seen.

(Wont let you roll for this as there are no buildings in between really)
