Does Drake really get any more "hate" than any other rapper or is it more noticeable because Drake's the biggest rapper out.
I'm pretty sure there's no shortage of hip hop media s***ting on Gunna, Nikki Minaj, Lil Baby, J Cole, Kanye, Durk, Jay-Z, Eminem, Wayne, etc.
Hell, I had to unsubscribe from the Art Of Dialogue because it became an anti-Jay-Z circlejerk where people would just s*** on Jay for clicks. And I'm not even a Hov stan like that.
Relatively speaking, Drake ain't even that hated rn. I feel he had more haters in 2018 and 2019 frankly.
He's on a career high rn. There's no real need to get bent out of shape over what a minority of people say. The Charlamagne s*** was beyond cringe because Charlamagne hasn't even been a relevant voice in rap since pre-COVID. I wouldn't be surprised and if it was staged and part of the rollout.

But, overall, Charlamagne's not even a relevant voice in hip hop rn. And his comment was actually mild af.
He literally just said that the song didn't seem to have as much virality or longevity compared to many of Drake's other singles. Mind you, this is something that even some of Drake's own fans said when SYO dropped yet Charlamagne's now Satan for this incredibly basic take lol.
Even if this "beef" wasn't staged, it's very clear that Drake played into it for the sake of the rollout and to act like the "underdog."
