Yes the game dropped some of the shown features and the AI wasn't quite what was shown, but still. Just watching this for the first time, and the crowd reactions made me so hype.

YEP. I watched this so many times. And when I replay TLOU1 and I get to this sequence, I pretty much remember the exact moves and showcase way of doing it

E3 demos in general are something I miss a lot. On the big presentations but also when developers would sit down on a couch with IGN or Gamespot and breakdown a level or gameplay demo. I distinctly remember constantly rewatching the ones like that for MK9, Arkham city, dead rising 2 etc
