lol I saw the notebook so yes that did come to mind . Think 2 hour cut would help the romance cook more . As soon as I heard disease I was like okay . At least if it was Alzheimer’s like notebook or something that would affect the brain it would be like “ how do I explain we are in an apocalypse “ . That or bill having the question of did he want it to be his final day or did cancer reach his brain. Lastly if Frank wrote a note while his brain was still functional because he knew his mind was going but didn’t want bill to know . but it worked as is made people cry . I’ve seen many love stories so didn’t move me but respect it . Need to be able to say more than San junipero when it comes to good lgbt love stories. Sense8 is good too on love story

Nah it’s not filler I’ve played game and not every plot point or set pieces people are hyped for develop the character or world . Some are primarily just violence followed by talking that develops the world and characters

Nah want . Joel and Ellie by themselves only so much character to them for me ( at least from what I remember they come out most when bouncing off other characters) but plenty more characters for them to bounce off .
