This opinion is so beyond wrong and sad that this is the last response I will give you for it. Enjoy being incredibly undeniably wrong.

Aren’t you the guy who said TLOU2 was an all time great game? It’s good to know I’m not taking crazy pills and I don’t have to take you seriously

was joel's explanation in episode 3, that the fungi contaminated sugar and s*** the final and actual explanation of how people began getting infected? or does it never really get confirmed and it all is merely speculation outside of the fact that it is a parastic fungi

dont think its ever confirmed in the games and this is the first time we've even heard a theory of how it started

unless it was in one of the notes or something

Seems that way given the scenes in Jakarta

i havent read anything yet but is there a reason why they started the outbreak in 2003 in the show instead of 2013 ?

per craig it makes it more relatable to the viewer taking place in current day as rn they are in 2023

there is something about the craziness of the onset of the outbreak that is always so intriguing to me.

almost wish there was a show made solely around that: the days just before, during, and right after an outbreak. ik that one walking dead show tried to do it, but man it sucked so much

i've also found it so crazy how relevant this game ended up becoming in terms of how semi-similar it is to the covid pandemic. some scenes in the show feel so on the nose to covid, and it really is insane that they aren't on purpose merely coincidence.

Also I feel 2003 outbreak added more tension cause no social media and just relied on news reports
