Per Neil why the “toy” wasn’t in the show. This was because it didn’t make sense for the character in the show. In the game he denies sam of that saying only take what you need to survive, and Henry has killed many many people and is just traveling keeping Sam alive

In the show Henry isn’t violent and is running away and wouldn’t deny Sam of that, so it wasn’t included per Neil
