I don’t have beef with kronic but this argument is dumb imo, the complaints about rushing or wanting more time with the characters is valid

This was one of the stronger episodes imo, I quite liked Bella as Ellie here and kinda finally saw her as her own which was nice

Pacing still leaves quite a bit to be desired, honestly extending the show by like one more episode maybe two to really flesh out the relationship organically would have been solid

When you remove many of the gameplay segments that are cut it leads to something’s feeling rushed

The point is this isn’t a game so cutting content or rushing certain beats feels rushed, their relationship developing felt more organic digitally than it does on screen. Imo that’s a screenwriting issue but what do I know

I say all this as a fan of the source material having played one multiple times on both PS3 and PS4
