I can see how it felt rushed. But when you've played the game, you have the luxury of filling up that space with what you already know.
PapiPedro isn't negative. I said it didn't feel as rushed as I expected but I could understand or EMPATHIZE WITH SOMEONE THAT DOES
YOU KNOW IN THE GAMES ABOUT EMPATHY
I didn’t say he was? Love my guy @PapiPedro

PapiPedro is who I was saying let cook.
I won’t pretend like the general subreddit loser hate or me really really disliking that story telling device didn’t somewhat infect me in a way where I refused to highlight the things Druckmann got right
The tide is starting to turn

Yeah but it’s also disappointing knowing all of the other little details and parts that happen in the game, but not seeing them present in the episode
expound on what your first two sentences mean because I don't understand
The storytelling device = the back and forth way they explain how female Brock and Ellie got to the point they did
I think a linear format would’ve worked better for me, personally

To be fair if you’re talking about the game split into two halves Ellie / abby as story telling device. I don’t think that will work in tv and I think they will rework it

Even with two whole seasons to display this game, I still don’t think they’d be able to make it work
Druckmann would be fired halfway into trying to pitch it

I get the shock value of non linear but I really think Joel deserved to die so his tragic death didn't propel me through s\*\*\* as Ellie lol. Abby plot dealt with more than just getting her lick back so was easier to play in larger portions
Like what else did they want to see Lmao
It felt too short. They gave the Bill episode an hr and 19 mins when that could’ve been for this finale.

So what you’re saying is you want 3 seasons of tlou2
let him cook!
basically. Surprised they didnt go for that sarah picture moment
