She taking so much attention with this stuff they been distracted and never got around to raging about TV show Abby being just as small and frail as her
You’re highkey right
The first game is an undeniable classic, and execution of the story in TLOU1 is great . But on paper the story is pretty basic for the most part
Part 2 has a much more interesting story. And the fact that people are still having heated debates about its story 5 years later proves that point
Feel like we’re underrating the story and character development in part 1

First yall was complaining game Abby is too big , now she’s smaller and still crying
And she’s still bigger than Bella

GQ hyping the f*** out of the mark mylod episode (episode 2)
Without crossing too many red spoiler lines, it is early in the season that Jackson finds itself under threat. What follows is an episode long extended set-piece in which the town is assaulted by the horde — towering bloaters, runners, clickers, you name it — evoking the biggest, most visceral and goriest battles from the peak of HBO's flagship fantasy series. Explosive barrels, flamethrowers, clicker-hungry dogs and enough ammunition to arm a small state are deployed in defence of the settlement; it's the sort of bicep-flexing episode you watch and think, "Ah, so this is where half of the budget went". Not that it's all about the flashy effects and violence. The episode has clear emotional stakes, and you care about the outcomes for almost all involved — even the peripheral characters we might've only momentarily glimpsed in prior scenes.
The actors across the ensemble put in series-best work, with masterful direction from Succession's Mark Mylod, who deftly weaves together the episode's most emotional and action-heavy beats. Altogether, it's the certain Emmy play — sure to go down as a TV all-timer, and waxed poetic about in the same way as season one standout "Long, Long Time".
I mean the set pieces would be crazy no ?
True season 3 will be nuts especially what’s to come Abby’s storyline will be crazy to adapt compared to Ellie

dawg that's not photoshopped lol what r u talking about
Because he's hispanic? Lmao what, what other reason would you have against him
At least Bella does not LOOK the part and I can understand people finding it off. I agree on that part. Though she's a good actress, but the look isn't there.
I don't see what problem you would have with Pedro that makes it every bit as awful
First sentence is a pretty insane response to someone saying they don't care for a casting choice. Same post where I specified how weird the discussion around Bella has been btw.
I think Pedro is awful in the role, outside of select moments. He's too charismatic and charming to play a guy as thorny and f***ed up as Joel. All contradictions are sanded down.

omfg
To me Joel's whole deal is how his emotions are being bottled down behind a roughneck veneer, and how his awful past butts head with his relation with Ellie.
Ask yourself does any of that appeals to Pedro Pascal's inclinations? The answer is pretty clearly no imo.
Tho the 2nd game's material may be more his speed. Still think it's funny that they're having him go to therapy lol.
