uncharted 4 was kinda different, they were both brought in last minute and kinda forced to work on it since it was a mess when amy left

Uncharted 4 im pretty sure neil just took the original script, re wrote it to his liking with a co-writer, and worked with bruce to make it work for the game

TLOU was neils original story that naughty dog brought in bruce to game direct and neil be in charge of the creative vision. Bruce did help alot in in game dialogue, like example ellie mentioning something like "wow ive never been in the woods before". and he would help write transitions from cutscenes to gameplay. It was a collaborative process. But ultimately the IP and the idea and characters and story was all neil.
