nah. ND is a huge company now a days. They hired a ton of people just for factions and growing their "multiplayer team", who are all working 24/7 on making factions along with the main team. Main team should be finishing its work on faction's soonish, then they can jump with the small team who made this to work full time on the new IP while the multiplayer team maintains factions
