The forest might be the best ND level of all time bruh
kinda mad ND revealed the cutscene for it few years back. I was so hyped when I saw that and now wishing I got to see it first time in game
Thoughts on the ending?
Also anybody peep when the guy lost his fingers playing as Abby and someone said "You only really need 3 fingers!" as subtle foreshadowing?
Wait what part was that?
how would you have reacted if she killed lev in that moment?
not really sure tbh. deff would be in shook. just based off the framing of abby not even wanting to fight ellie in that moment i think i definitively wouldve switched sides and been team abby (not that there is even sides)
kinda interesting to think about ellie actually killing lev in the moment tho, wonder if there would be the same amount of outrage there is now for ellie not killing abby in the end if she DID end up killing lev

yeah I think it was Manny making a dirty joke while you guys walk the WLF stadium

I think it's the Seraphite Island imo

Oh I think I vaguely remember that. Don’t remember who they were talking about tho
I think it's the Seraphite Island imo
S*** that's what I meant

I cringed at the end of the level where you have to fight the big dude and slice open his cheek, pull on his jaw, and then stab him in the eye. S*** was so over the top

Yeah that entire section of the game was a little bombastic for my liking. Really interested to have seen what it would have been like going through it as Ellie in the OG version of the game
anyone find it interesting in the animal museum there are a whole pack of wolves surrounding a deer. Kind of foreshadowing Joel's future and Ellie's reaction to the statue replica

i think there is a parallel universe where ellie kills lev and or abby and she lets everything she's dealing with fully corrupt her
i'd love to see it tbh
i'm warming up to what we got though

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Man how do people hate this game???? It does a phenomenal job to telling a story about what revenge does to people, it takes them down their darkest path. For both Abby and Ellie. Ellie takes the path and lost everything. Even when she realized it, it was too late. The story didn't need to be all flowers and roses with Ellie and Dina riding off into the sunset, it wouldn't feel realistic. At the end of the day the story is about humans. I do feel like making Abby's father the lead surgeon was a little forced but it made sense at the end of the day.
The game overall, 9/10, story 8.5/10

Crazy how this time in the world is where empathy is needed most, but niggas mad about a character in a video game dying and they miss the whole point of the story

Out of character btw
well tbf the only reason joel and henry end up trusting eachother is because they both have children w/ them, plus ellie has to convince joel to trust them too. two pretty different situations, also joel and tommy are outnumbered in the basement so it makes even less sense to trust them.

and at this point, joel hadn't made a decision that would put a target on his back
to the level of having somebody waiting to catch you for years at least lol
as far as i know
Yeah this game really is a misery simulator
Every ally you had dies in front of your face
the worst one was yara because we literally went through all that just for her to get clapped
All of you pussies that mad that Joel died go suck a fat one.
