oh
Curious about how long this is gonna end up being.
Obviously not BOTW/TOTK long, but I’m assuming longer than LA (which was originally a handheld game).
Seems like Zelda is silent in the game, which is kind of funny because it seems like it could have been the perfect opportunity to do something a little different narratively with her being able to speak.
Just realized this is the first new top-down Zelda on a home console since a link to the past
Gonna try it out and see if performance issues from LA are fixed, or at least minimized, before I cop it
Performance still a little trash but still very much playable
Yeaa the performance still sucks, but goddamn this game is good
Getting it day 1 fs now
Game is directed by Tomomi Sano. This is the first Zelda game directed by a woman. She also worked on the Mario & Luigi RPG series in the past
Which makes sense because the beginning of the game (from what I’ve played) definitely has M&L vibes. We’re so back

That's dope. Really cool to have a woman be the director of the first Zelda game where Zelda (a woman) is the protagonist.
this game sort of plays like a pokemon game
beat enemy, capture them, send them out to beat other enemies
but without all the bullshit grinding of RPGs
and the puzzles are actually fun
I’m digging this
Come through GameFly, with my broke ass.
Man i forgot that s*** existed lmaoo

S***’s been a life saver for the last couple years.
Probably saved well over $1000 at least since signing up at the beginning of last year.

Some reviews read even more positive than the already good scores suggest. Seems it really tries to blend both new and old Zelda in the same game
