Following up with you on this.

I listened to the albums for each of these bands that the song you linked was on. My favorite was the Funebrarum album it’s exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. The Dead Congregation album was also very good. I didn’t care for that Ulcerate release but I heard the new one was good and I’m guessing it takes time for it to hit. The Obliteration album was good but not very memorable.

I think it’s something about that old school DM that just instantly clicks w me since Death & Slayer was my first introductions to metal fr.

Need more recs like Funebrarum & Dead Congregation tho.

Lmao thanks, this sounds pretty evil but i like it
i prefer listening to rock/metal type tracks in the gym so that's why i asked initially, the guitars always create a hype feeling
