    I think some people here would be happier if they stopped looking for things to fulfill these arbitrary criterions.

    “who’s the next big 3” “who’s gonna carry the torch” “who’s gonna push a new vision of the future of music into the mainstream”

    why not just focus on a pursuit of quality music? This is not the first time the world has felt uncertain. Good art is out there if you take time to look for it.

    It’s the same s*** in gaming. Some of the best games of the past decade are barely selling a million copies partly because niggas would rather reminisce about when Call of Duty was “good” while they wait 100 years for the next GTA, instead of engaging with a variety of things here in the present.
