Please watch it before you dismiss it as a typical video essay or pretentious. Cause it’s not pretentious at all and talks about a very important subject today, it’s not even clickbait really, it’s the reality. Sure it’s not 1:1 with actual minstrelsy but it sure has parallels

It's not about eating food, it's about how weird and exaggerated they look while doing it. In the video they even mention how their fans are creeped out when they do s*** like that, but it gets the highest views, so they continue selling themselves out. Not to mention their stupid Ren & Stimpy ass voices. It's legit bizarre, people do wacky stuff while eating food but their way of doing it looks straight out of a cartoon
