It wasn't allowed when the site first launched. I thought those rules still applied. I am not interesting in seeing CS tier artists spam the main section when we have a CS IF it wasn't allowed. Too many new users sign up and try to take advantage of the platform. Someone now told me it is indeed allowed. So no problem.

its one thing for a ktt artist to make a thread in music section, its entirely different to get a sticky. i have a thread in this section but no sticky, it doesnt rly get any interaction but atleast its not completely empty as it would be in CS
