Im pretty much applying dijons process these days. No booth. mid mic, no pop filter,, raw voice with alot of mistakes i leave in and using mark hollis's method of one take recording and bare minimum editing
Same goes for the beats on these upcoming tracks, although these 2 arent mainly my production, i tweaked aspects to make them sound more like prince.
I live in the woods now so im tryna match that naturalism and spontaneity
