2. What does Jay Elect owes to you? Why does he has to move on your terms? You know damn well that right now a Jay Elect only album is career suicide. He a 40 something year rapper, he doesnt appeal to any generation except for his fans, lots of them have given up on him. He doesn't want to do the catchy club single because thats not how he moves...
And the number one reason Jay Elect hasnt put out any album for all those years is because is scared. Scared to disappoint the fans, scared to of not living up to his hype, not to have any fans left to begin with...
So if having JayZ by his side helps him gain confidence, brings an new variety of fans and allows him to not make the mistake of any rookie on his first album whats wrong with that?
So stop thinking Jay Elect is making an album just for you, and enjoy that we have the Goat with him.

Maybe act II will come later. Maybe it will never come. Maybe Act II evolve into something else.
Jay Elect treats his music like a novel. So writer take 20, 30 years to finish an idea they started.
