Palestinian OoziJay Elect sounds off on this. Am I the only one who hears that? He’s trying too hard to give out NOI bars instead of telling his story. Almost sounds like a parody of himself. Usually his flow and lyrics are more poetic and introspective....idk....I f*** with the album as a whole though. Just feel like every leak from Act 2 is a better song than what’s on the album, especially based on Jay Elects lyrics. Lemme see if it’ll grow.
i agree............ with a few exceptions like apidta...... first listen i said jay electronica makes jay z better (puts him in a godbody headspace), but jay z might actually make jay electronica worse. Outside of apidta hes not that personal, vulnerable, telling his story.
