I definitely thought HOV would be the one lacking on this, not saying Jay E was bad but when you take into account the fact that niggas have literally waited 10 years for this guy to drop an album, to do it in this manner and then get outshined while doing so, is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in music in quite some time
