They are very fun pets. They have a ton of energy and they're goofballs. They don't really play fetch (though, I have seen videos of people who trained theirs too). Making will chase after s*** when I toss it but rather than bringing it back they'll either run off with or leave it there.

Most of my plants are dying because my apartment layout is trash in terms of light sources. The 2 decent spots that I can place them are too accessible to my cat and she's a b**** who wants to knock them all down.

Yeah, it takes some training for sure. Also, sometimes you have to let them walk you or drag them (which I don't like to do, lol). They get distracted very easily, so they might suddenly decide that they want to go the opposite direction that you're heading.

Cid was urinating blood the other day. His vet was out of town, so I had to run him to the emergency vet (had to wait in the parking lot for almost 5 hours). $855 right there. He most likely either has a UTI or bladder stones, so they took some urine samples and body scans and I'm still waiting on test results for that. I'm pretty sure that it was a UTI tho, because after taking the antibiotics for a few days he's all good now.

Yesterday, my girlfriend noticed that the right side of Murdoch's face was swollen. It was worse when I woke up today, so I called his vet and she was able to get me in today. $155 right there (way better than emergency services tho). I was scared that he had a cyst or abscessed tooth. She thinks that he just had a minor infection, so she sent us home with antibiotics and told us that if it doesn't start going down in a few days or if it starts getting worse, call her back.

I'm glad Cid is better and I hope Murdoch gets better too
