We spent some time up in a cabin recently & the Airbnb had this cute stuffed animal (sasquatch) that matched Luna’s coat she was ready to get home.. poor girl got hella home sick

sasquatch got the dogs out (pun intended)

Adopted this sweet girl on July 31st and she’s already my whole world she’s a rescue so not totally sure how old she is but they think she was born sometime in June of 2025. She’s likely a Havanese mix and she’s the sweetest thing in the entire world

She’s almost 6! Bassett hounds thrive on routine, and tbh I am such a huge homebody that her & I rarely drive to places more than 20 mins away, so driving 4 hours to a cabin really shook her up. She lives a sheltered life & we always do the same things literally every day, we tend to stay home together. so when we drove 4 hours to a cabin she was like “wtf dude get me back home” and was panting a lot..
