Discogs is user submitted anybody could have made it that. Canada didn't get a different testing version. In the months before the cover was announced I remember seeing that fake cover. Rest looks good though

TESTING physicals were scrapped so that leads me to believe that the artwork was for the planned Canadian CD (evidenced by the French Canadian equivalent of our Parental Advisory sticker in the top right corner)
