I like that. Obviously because of Ash's personality and friendly nature, he'd be like Goku. A friendly rival, whereas Red is more enigmatic

I never got to watch the Pokémon show tbh. I wanted to so bad, but for some reason we never had the dumb ass channel it aired on. Had satellite TV and all. Think it was like WB Kids or something.

Pretty sure it was a free channel on the cable line, but man I tried everything to no avail. Ik this news would be much more surreal to me had I actually been able to watch those stupid channels.
