Agree with this take. Still russo's made three completely consistent movies. Empire is the absolute peak of star wars that nothing else has been able to live up to

Civil war features an entire avengers roster and completely set up infinty war and endgame. Winter soldier is just Cap, black widow, and falcon.

the og trilogy is consistent, except for ewoks in ROTJ. that whole movie still has a s***ton of legendary moments.
nothing in the movies you mentioned touches the emotional heights of moments like “i am a jedi, like my father before me” or vaders death.
the infinity war was culturally iconic, but star wars is the most iconic movie franchise of all time

The original Star Wars trilogy is pretty much campy trash that has survived on reputation for decades. The movies don’t hold up at all.
