Both-sidesing Hamas with Israel and reducing the phrase "Free Palestine" the way he does is going to rightfully bring criticism and its the exact kind of reductive thing that many neo-libs like him spread. Thom's condemnation of Israel and online mass-manipulation of thought has a lot of truth behind it, but it's not the thing people will focus on and he did that to himself. I think there are people in this world actively trying to spread hatred, bigotry, and evil, and Thom's neo-liberal "all death is bad" is not on the same level as many others in his own industry.
